2. Flowchart Amount Conditions & Approval Slabs

Step 5: Quotation Requirement Slabs:

Up to Rs. 15,000/-: No quotation required. Market rate enquiry by Neeti Morya is sufficient.
Rs. 15,001 to Rs. 100,000/-: Minimum 2 written quotes (WhatsApp / Email).
Above Rs. 100,000/-: Minimum 3 written quotes mandatory + CS presented to Director.

Step 6: Comparative Statement & 4 Approval Tiers:

Up to Rs. 15,000/-: Neeti Morya (Purchase In-charge) can authorize.
Up to Rs. 25,000/-: Rajendra Dodiya (Factory Head - Local Purchase) can authorize.
Rs. 15,001 to Rs. 1,25,000/-: Richa Ghosh (CFO) Approved.
Above Rs. 1,25,000/-: Director Approved Only.

Step 7: PO Policy & Credit Terms:

PO Requirement: Up to Rs. 20,000/- PO not mandatory (can purchase on Bill); Above Rs. 20,000/- Mandatory to make on PO only. No payment without PO. Inform Accounts promptly.
Credit Period: Enforce at least 7 to 15 days credit. No 100% advance.
